not sure if jumping the gun purchased a HEX v2 10 vin product and received it today followed the instructions to register it with Ross Tech which i have been informed has been accepted by them .
want to be recognized here as a registered user as i have a burning question to ask with regards to a recent scan of my car (feel like a kid in a sweet shop at the moment) but not sure if the info has filtered through or i need to do anything else...help much appreciated

Hello, can I become verified please? I searched my emails for this account and found my HEX-NET registration email

The device is also registered in my name, so I'm assuming it was to the same email.

On what basis? What you gave us when you joined is the FCC ID on a HEX-NET, not a serial number, and the e-mail address you used is not in our records.
