Hi, just after a bit of help. I brought my original VCDS HEX-CAN+USB second hand and have used it for many years. I opened this account at the same time. I have now brought the HEX V2 new and followed the registration process. Will this account now get verified at somepoint so I can post in the technical help sections or do I need to make a new one? Thanks a lot Dan

The account you mention is just your username.
You've never registered anything, so you're just a rando user for the last 8 years.....
Now you've purchased & registered your dongle, so you'll get verified if all the requirements\info are there.
What is it that I'm missing?
