We are not in a position to check each and every new VCDS registration that comes in to see if it might correspond to a forum account that's not yet verified.I followed the instructions and put in the finalize code mmaybe it didnt get linked to this account?

So if you join the forum before you've registered your VCDS (e.g. on April 3, 2024) i.e. when we do not yet have you in our customer records, and then you register your VCDS later (e.g. today!), you'll generally have to bring the situation to our attention in in order to get verified.
But you've done that now, so...

Caveat: You have to give us a working e-mail address. If you mis-type it and the typo isn't obvious enough for us to correct when we see a bounce notice, then that complicates things further.It says 20 minutes for transaction verification when first setting up VCDS. It's been an hour+.
