No, only if you purchased a Legitimate VCDS interface.
(unless Admin. decides otherwise.)

Or somehow contact nkapinos who posted it to get help how he resolved the issue, if anyone can help
He didn't , he had to take the vehicle to the dealer.

What if i dont have VCDS, i have Topdon Phoenix and OBD11 pro, is it possible somehow to get verified?
If you use an Android phone and went to the Apple store for support, what do you think the answer would be? ;)

You can participate. You just can't post in the Support sections. Only Verified customers can post in those sections, but we allow anyone to read them.

You just did. He should receive a notification that you mentioned him. Whether that results in an e-mail to him or whether he has to come to the forum to see it depends on his profile settings.

Gotcha, I didnt use my work email which is linked to the cable. Should I make another account with that email and name? Or can I message an Admin with that information?
