Ah I have realised some of the registration info was not there I.E email! Just submitted this.

What was wrong with your other forum account, created on 2024-06-07, which was Verified already?
That one matched the re-mail address you originally registered your system under on that same day, unlike this one.
Are you intentionally making things complicated for all of us?

I've merged the the other account into this one, meaning you're Verified.

Hmmm I guess there was nothing wrong then. apologies I may have done something else! I didn't have a verified flag on my profile so thought that it needed doing.

Not sure how to associate my existing forum account with Hex-v2 registration

Tried the "cloud options" that I figured were related but the email in this forum profile matches the registration. Do I just have to wait for something to sync?

Nah, when you join the forum well before we have you in our customer records, as you did, then you have to bring it to our attention. You've done that now, so:
