Sorry just to check how can I get my forum status updated. I did see something when installing/setting up my software but don’t think I checked it

Please read the very first post in this thread, where @Uwe explains what you need to do.

I think you are conflating two things. Joining the forum alone is not sufficient to be a Verified member. Unless you've done so previously, which does not appear to be the case here, you must also register your VCDS interface with us for support, and the serial number you provided when you joined the forum has never been registered with us. Please read the detailed instructions in the first post of this thread.

You've been Verified for a very long time. Longer than the user change log in the current forum software goes back.
