Not sure if the serial number in my profile is correct, think I may have registered originally with a snide cable that I got ripped off with. Since bought a used genuine one but cant find a way to update the serial number? I have paid for the transfer of ownership to get a verified user status, how long does that normally take, do I have to wait for the seller to confirm?

Hi,

was was trying to fill out the registration form, for my HEX+CAN.
I‘ve bought it 10 years ago through PCI-Diagnosetechnik in Germany, but it has no Short serial on it
There is only a yellow Tag with a AVTF-Number on the Side with the LED.

The form should accept this in the short serial field: HCxxx757
