What car do you have?
A full unedited VCDS Auto-Scan would tell not only that but also whether the ECU in it has the ability to check FIs and what the method would be.

2010 Audi A5 2.0T Quattro...having rough idle problem and missed fire cyl 1 and 2. error code p0301, p0302.
Plugs and Coils are all new.

Still need to see the Auto-Scan as not all 2010 A5s are equipped the same - Audi make running software and hardware changes
