DSG ISSUE HELP

Hi guys,
Got a real problem on my hands, I have 2012 MK5 Polo gti 1.4 dsg, the cars jerking into the next gear unexpectedly there is no specific gear, we have had the mechatronics changed, clutch pack changed and still havent had a fix. The vehicle mostly does it or it is more noticeable when the vehicle is cold, when warm the vehicle does it less or it is less noticeable, i suspected a remap however the ecu remap file is stock, there are no fault codes showing i am clueless now and dont know what to try next.

Now I see it.... and see there are no faults.. I too have no idea where to go next.. Perhaps a drive cycle logging parameters but I don't know which to suggest. Let's let others comment.

Would it be a software update? I have done the ross tech basic settings autotrans reset, would the desired test drive help? Can you tell from the scan if it has the correct software on the box>
