hi we are trying to get in to basic settings to regen dpf on a skoda octavia 1.6 diesel and it will not accept the security code and says cannot send seed ,i have also tried the same car with another garages computer and lead to the same effect

Do you mean regen the DPF not the cat?
Given all those fault codes in the engine ECU it's not too surprising that the ECU will not allow a regen, I strongly suspect you'll have to work your way through those and fix the faults to clear them.

Most of the codes are intermittent so it might be worth clearing them all before attempting a regen.
If some come back, as Dave mentions, you may need to resolve them before the DPF will regen
