Hello!
Since I've gone to Shiftech to disable ACT (bi-cylinder mode), I'm wondering if there's a way/tool to see what exactly has been modified. Thanks for your replies!!!
Here's my Engine scan before and after firmware's modification. I haven't seen anything with VCDS :

I see no difference, except in the Readiness, which is due to someone having cleared fault codes.

Thank you for your confirmation.
I'm still asking if there's a way, a tool which can see what has been modified in the ECU. I know VCDS and other common tools doesn't, that's why I posted here in "general" part.
As the véhicule was really unconfortable, noticed by VW but considering it's not a defect (registered mail), my insurance mandated an expert which said "sell it or find a solution yourself". I found it (remap) and informed my insurance company.
But in case of crash with injuries, remap can be involved. I know remap can increase power and torque, that does not comply with french laws.
I have a bill that specify what has been done but I heard that those ECU are writable but not readable...
???

Everything is readable.

Thanks for your "short" but reliable reply!
So I'm happy to have denied the chiptuner's offer who wanted to maximize power and torque. In case of serious crash, insurance's expert could read it as I understand!!! Chiptuners said "don't worry, you can write but not read...". Grrrr
He did a very good job but I'd prefered he didn't lie.
Many thanks for all good advices!
