Audi a6 c7 HEX-V2 Workshop Identification Error

I'm using the HEX-v2 3Van module.
Workshop identification error has been occurring since the last update.
The current version is 20.4.2, and when I try to reset the oil and maintenance cycle, I get an error message.

" Adaptation Error -
This workshop identification: WSC 02391 Importer 785 Equipment 0020 was rejected by control module. The commons will fail. Please change your values."

If you are currently an individual user, workshop identification rejected from version 19.6.

We also updated Firmware not too long ago.

How can it be normalized?

No, I don't know how to generate other values and how to enter them. Is there a way to generate code?
