Ok I have a 2014 Audi Q7 , my MMI is a 3g+. Now I was in the green screen but didn't change anything that I know of but I have noticed in my Car menu that my Service Interval is grayed out. Now that should be active as far as I know so wondering is there something that I may have done? any help would be appreciated.

What exactly did you do to get to the green menu?

Well I could not access it because it was locked. So I found instructions on how to unlock it with the Ross Tech. I don't remember the exact way it was done right now, but when I get home from work tonight I will look at my computer.

A fellow mentioned to me that maybe the service interval stays grayed out until your service is due then it becomes active to reset it. I dont know if that is the case or not, but I guess I can leave it and wait to see if that happens.

You could test that theory by increasing the values in the "Time Since" or "Distance Since" Adaptation channels in the instrument cluster to the point it believes that service is due.
