Q7 suspension adaptation failing

hi I am wondering if anyone could offer me some advice, pretty much a new user when it comes using VCDS!

I'm trying to carry a new air suspension adaptation in module (34) 2008 Q7 4.2tdi after noticing the front was far to high after getting new tyres fitted! when entering new values for the front it keeps saying invalid, as suggested in the guide I've tried jacking/rocking the vehicle which works on the front nearside value but when it comes to the offside it wont accept the value or anything a few millimetres either side I believe the max is 535 i am currently measuring 525.

now I've tried and it wont accept the values the system is now logging code 01437 - control position not learned! (orange suspension light now stays on didn't before I tried)

what I've tried so far

followed the guide correctly, level ground correct access code (31564), doors shut in park etc

checked the sensors and linkages which appear to be working and recording live data (as you can see from the pictures i am not sure if the deviation on the front right is causing me further problems or failure.

inspected the pivot links on the front level sensors which were very stiff and corroded so replaced them which has made no difference, with the arms off I swept the sensor while referencing live data which recorded the movement so assume the senor is good!

compressor fuse good

compressor relay good

no leaks

any advice would be appreciated, pulling my hair out with this one!!!

I would check both front sensors/subframe/bushing/joints (biggest deviation and fault...) and also let it stay in highest position for let say one day (due to leak fault).

thanks for the suggestion, I drove the car yesterday and tried to settle the suspension, i cant select any other setting then automatic currently because of the adaptation issue, everything so far is pointing towards a sensor issue at he minute I am going to test it today and go from there!

finally managed to get it to accept the four new values, only issues is now repeatedly ch5 shows error, but gives no information as to why!

i am going to slightly move the car and try again, i am getting closer....... i think, I've also managed to bring the deviation down.
