Good evening,
I have replaced my abs / esp with an identical new one, but when I go to code I have problems.
I have a problem with the long coding of this car:

VIN = WAUZZZ8P89B021776
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION = ESP MK60EC1
MODEL = AUDI A3 SPORTBACK 2.0 TDI
HARDWARE NUMBER = 1K0 907 379 AD

How do I go to write the encoding 11424012092400FB881202EB901F00443800 gives me bad coded ECU error.
It only accepts right-hand drive car encodings, instead my car has left-hand drive.

The logs is in Italian language eìand in english.
I wanted to clarify that I do not have a scan done before changing the ABS / ESP because the car arrived at the workshop already with a changed control unit.

Good morning,
I managed to understand my problem. Unfortunately I bought an abs unit with control unit that was mounted on a right-hand drive car, so when I'm going to do the coding, the ecu only accepts right-hand drive coding.
Now I ask you, do you think it is possible to modify the firmware to be able to accept left-hand drive encodings?

In all MK60EC1 RHD/LHD can be changed by coding, no different module or different firmware, how far I know.
Is the old module still available? Can it be connected to car and scanned? (no mechanical installation necessary, just connect it). Do the replacement module is correct/compatible part number for this car? Checked with ETKA, PL24 or dealers parts department? Where did You get current coding from? BTW coding in first post does not match the one in the scan.
