any VagCom User on the Isle of Wight UK ? can help my customer?

I have a customer we have sold a 2012 A1 Tfsi auto, according to the local garage, they diagnosed a throttle body.
I wasnt really confident with the codes they pulled out with their Snap on equipment, but went along with it, sent an updated version of the trottle body ,and a wiring plug repair kit in case .
They fitted, a couple of weeks ago, same problem is back.
So collecting the info, using dedicated equipment in my opinion is the way forward, can anyone with VagCom on the isle of Wight that can help? happy to pay a fee for plug in and repairs if required.
We are based near Cambridge, so quite a jaunt to deal with ourselves, initally need a plug in to gather data, and if a relatively simple repair deal with locally, if more involeved would retrieve to base to resolve.

There are 20 or so systems that I can find in our records on the Isle of Wight. Of the ones that appear to be shops, none of them have forum accounts. Some of the individuals do, but with our privacy policy, I can't really give you those.

The most recent/current shop is Cowes Harbour Garage. I don't imagine a shop would object to a referral...
