Lots of new features. I'll explain some of them later. Right now we're still tweaking this, so do not be surprised if you encounter a few glitches.

I'll take that (rightly or wrongly ) as an invitation to use this thread to highlight glitches we've found.
Hope that's OK (and helpful!)

Firstly https://forums.ross-tech.com/forum.php gives an error page, as the new default page appears to be https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php
Could do with a redirect.

Secondly the Acronym hints are getting confused by apostrophes, such as in the word we've for example.

Absolutely. Paging @Santos for the above two issues (and thereby demonstrating one of the new features as well).

I've also not figured out how to skip from a forum section to your first unread post in a thread, but I don't know whether read counters would have migrated?

As far as I can tell, the read counters have not migrated. So what I did is use "New Posts" and manually scrolled through all threads since I last used the old forum yesterday evening. Then when I was sure I hadn't missed anything, I used "Mark forums as read". I believe that should bring all the read counters up-to-date and take you to new posts in any existing threads thereafter.

Looks sleek. One question for may I haven’t found it yet:
The old forum software had a mobile compatible design enabled by default when it finds a viewpane below a certain amount of pixels. Is there anything similar?

Hmm.. Not sure if there's something special that needs to be enabled. It looks fairly usable to me on my phone, but TBH, it's exceedingly rare that I'll use my phone in place of a computer, so I really don't have much frame of reference.

Oh, and wasn't the whole idea of what we currently consider "smart phones" (starting with the original iPhone) that web sites would no longer need a special presentation for mobile devices? ;)

But I'll ask @Santos if there's something I'm missing.

Test posted from my phone. I didn't even put on my stronger reading glasses to do this. :)

It works, but it doesn't scale the page to the viewport.
On my phone (Sony Xperia XZ3) every page loads with only about 2/3 of the page visible until you zoom out:

Safari on my MacBook won't let me login as it claims I'm blocking cookies (I'm not, I've checked the privacy settings) so I've logged in using Firefox on my MacBook.

I don't have any issue here, even though I prefer Chrome over Safari. I'm running the latest Safari and MacOS
Perhaps you have some kind of privacy extension like uBlock/Adblock enabled?

I'm running Big Sur beta not Catalina (Big Sur does have more privacy built-in) which comes with the newer Safari, and I disabled Adblock Plus which didn't make any difference.

As it's running on the same domain (and subdomain) as the previous forum software it may be worth clearing all ross-tech.com cookies and temporary files, in case something left over from vb isn't playing nicely with xen?

I get the same scaling issue as Mike on my Pixel 2 using Chrome.

If I request the desktop site, it's correcty sized but obviously small. If I request the mobile site, it's zoomed in but I have to scroll to see the stuff on the right.

Layout/Zoom issue confirmed on latest Android/Chrome as well as Android/Chromium-based-Edge.

Also, the SSL Certificate is fine but it appears you are allowing non-secure embedded content like #12 by @Mike@Gendan which breaks the entire SSL security on the page and results in both desktop and mobile browsers claiming the connection is insecure.
