This is my personal car.
And have never done this before.
But was wondering how can I make all the doors unlock with one click on the key.
And I have heard you can make the marker light stay on when you hit the turn signal.
If somebody could help me with this that would be great!!

You probably don't need VCDS for that; I expect you can find an option for that in the car's menus. However, it can be done on a per-key basis in 46-Central Convenience, in Adaptation channels 1-4 (which correspond to the 4 keys). An odd value means Selective Central Locking. Subtract 1 from whatever odd value is in the channel that corresponds to the key you wish to change and save it.

First of all, Uwe is absolutely right that you should be able to select via in-car menus, whether to use selective or all doors unlocking. Remember though, that all personalization options are stored in relation to the vehicle ignition key in use when changing, so you need to change it for all keys to the vehicle. That fooled me with my Passat when I first got it, and coming/leaving home lights were sometimes 60 seconds and other times only 20 seconds. Took me a while to figure that out. So if you experience odd and unstable behavior after the change, remember to check if the setting is made to all used vehicle keys.

Furthermore, I'm not entirely certain about your specific car, but the turn signal parking light (single sided) activation is a function under the European Parking Lights, which (at least in the past) could be enabled by [09 – Cent. Elect.] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 9 -> Bit 0 - Set to 1 but verify the label for the bit first, as this is not information specific to your car model. When this is enabled, the indicator stalk will be able to turn on a single sided parking light (front and rear) when the vehicle ignition is off, and the light switch is set to off. If the light switch is set to parking lights, it will have parking lights turned on in both sides front and rear. If light switch is in low beam position, then it will use coming home (if applicable) and after the timer has elapsed, it will either apply parking lights front and rear (if key is still in ignition) or turn off lights entirely (if no key is present in the ignition).
