Retrofit 18z Calipers to 2013 V6TDI Touareg

Hello,
I'm upgrading my front brakes on my 2013 V6 TDI Touareg from the stock 4 piston calipers and 330MM rotors, to the 18z Calipers from a Q7 or V10 TDI along with the 350MM rotors. I'm wondering what coding needs to be done to the ABS module, or other modules to complete this job properly.
