I'm thinking you will need the magnet type ABS wheels as your Jetta uses active ABS sensors versus passive like with the steel reluctor wheels.
The rings will press over a 61 millimeter shaft, they measure 60.88 mm.
Being in Vermont we replace many wheel bearings from road salt. This bearing is a different part number than your (3 bolt flange vs. 4 bolts on the Jetta). I would bet they all use 86 teeth wheels.
I didn't read what trans you used but one might be able to machine the inner side of the CV joint flange closest to the trans case and maybe mount those 2 that way.
