Hello all, is there any special procedure that is needed to be done with VCDS if I will be reinstalling win 10 pro and completely deleting all the files from my computer?

Make backups of any user generated files you wish to keep. Look in the following sub-folders:
License and registration data is all stored in your HEX-V2, not on the PC, so that's not a concern.
