2013 DSG gear position indicator

Is it possible? I've searched and searched but can't seem to find it. Found it for other years and for the b7 Audi but nothing for my passat. Tried to follow the b7 audi instructions but adaptation under auto trans is greyed out. Wanting it to show gear position while in drive.

Some versions of the firmware for the 02E transmission simply don't support this.

A number of years ago, a lot of people lost the ability to display that when VW did some software updates to 02E transmissions and there was quite an uproar about it.
