Hello guys!
Need some help.. did a grill swap on my A3 to a RS grill..
The crashbar had some styrofoam that i had to remove.. behind that i got a hose.. that hose is like a " Pedestrian protection " weird to two sensors at each end.. i zip tied this to the crash bar, pretty loose. Put everything back, started the car and got a Airbag error.. tried to remove it with Carista but it didn't go away.
Talked to some people and they said that the hose is reacting to pressure.. that they are kind of vaccum triggers.. so it could be that i zip tied them to hard and trigged the sensors..
Got everything off.. removed the zip ties.. let the hose just hang and try to remove the error.. but it didnt work.. now its just lose on the crash bar by no stretch to it or pressure.. but i still have that Airbad Error that i cant get rid of.. what should i do? Ill post some pictures of what i have done..
