Hello

I have 2016 A3 E-tron involved in a car crash. As a result of this the hybridbattery got an error "26623 crash shut-down active"

I have tryed to reset this error to be abel to move the car.I have tried to log into Hybrid battery and use securety axsess code 20103. The modul acept this .

I went into basic settings and trye to perform "IDE 06504 Reset of reversible crash shut-of" but the result is: "ERROR: conditions not correct or request sequence error"
Anyone have some idea how to do this??

Sorry about late replay
I have don som investigation about the problem.
Error. 26721 and 27146 was trigged when i disconnected the cabel from HV charcher and chargerport.
I reconnected the cabel and tryed to erase this errorcodes without any luck use vcds.
I had to use ODIS to fix the problem.
