What did clearances look like with bore measurements?
Did STD bore qualify?
What type of slap run out at TDC mid & BDC is or was indicated with dial indicator?
Was bore checked for circumference & taper depth?

Why on Earth does the trigger wheel or reluctor appear bent on crankshaft in picture's for G28?

Just be sure to not blame old man Jack or his Daughter at Part's Place when it doesn't go as expected, okay?

Yes the measurements were all good for standard pistons he did the measurements and ordered the stuff while I was there.
I dont know about anything appearing bent.
I am working full time until Saturday and that is the next time I will see the car.

Doesn't make sense to me at all, so it was measured in the state as in photographs, if so good luck?

Yes it was measured and everything was checked to make sure it didn't need over-sizing. I can't get anymore time off work so I have to help out the guy a bit at a time

How was it measured with the particulate matter in the zylinder's as seen in the photos?

There is no particulate matter, it was measured after cleaning.

What about after honed coarse/fine?

You sure?

I guess if you measure the dirt and FOD materials within the bore, the measurement's would indeed appear tighter huh?

The bores were cleaned with solvent and even after honing the clearances are fine for standard size pistons.
He measured manually and with an electronic device.

Show us pictures of the cylinders honed up than, let's see that scratch removed huh?

Show us the condition of the skirt sprayers and hone cross hatches to base of bore, okay?

Where are the pictures of this alleged progression?

I am not there until Saturday. I only get Monday and Tuesday off work. He will be taking the engine out to do the honing and cleaning in the next few days and on Saturday I will be helping install a new clutch and flywheel.
If the pistons have arrived we will be working at putting the engine together Monday and Tuesday, but given that my kid's daycare closes early Tuesday and I have to drive 30 miles each way to the guy's auto shop, I am not going to get a lot done Tuesday.
We are also waiting on main bearings.

But you said you honed it already, now you didn't?

Do you have 3 purple hearts?

no I cleaned the insides of the cylinders with a solvent solution, the clearances will be fine after honing, nothing has been done other than measuring to ensure that no oversizing is needed.

What are the current clearances as measured & that you used to determine that and what electronic instrument did you rely on & to perform the tolerance checks?

I do not have that information. I can find out by phone tomorrow. But I won't get online to post until Saturday or Sunday because I do not have a computer at work.
