Hello,
I am wondering if someone can tell me how to use my software to log activity while driving to troubleshoot a problem that is not producing any logged events in a scan.
My 2010 Audi A5 drives normally under most conditions.
When I go full throttle, and accelerate as quickly as the car will, it feels like either the automatic transmission is intermittently slipping, or the engine is misfiring, or the traction control is intermittently cutting the throttle for traction.
This is smooth dry pavement, and there is no evidence that the wheels are losing traction. If I turn off the traction control using the button, it does seem to be less intense, but the power interruption still occurs.
There are no codes or events logged after doing this.
I am wondering if I can log parameters while I drive this way and see if the problem is engine or transmission or traction control related.
Thanks,
Greg
