Oh, I did ask him This was the response:

VCDS und manche andere Programme lassen sich auf meinem PC nur mit Adminrechten starten. Warum das so ist kann ich nur mutmaßen . (eventuell sind es die Sicherheitseinstellungen oder Userrechte)

VCDS and some other programs can only be started with admin rights on my PC. Why this is the case I can only speculate. (maybe it is the security settings or user rights)

So I left it at that point and didn't ask any further

Personally, if I couldn't figure out how to fix that some other way, I'd re-install Windows.

@NEtech Just a small hint, nothing which is really important. But maybe it's easy to fix.
If a customer load a Seat Ateca, it will show as Seat Leon as both cars use "5F" in 7+8th digit of VIN. But you can differ them by using Production digit as Ateca is produced in "R - Martorell"

Thank you, I just checked, it is not so easy, there are Leon's made in Martorell and there are also a Cupra Ateca made in Kvasiny.
Until now I check with VIN above 500000 and yes that is not completely correct.
I see if I can make it better.
