What a speed Demon!

On the one hand, I think it's ridiculous that she's busted for 24mph twice, 25mph, 26mph, and 27mph, all in a 20 mph zone.What a speed Demon!
On the other hand, these "offenses" are apparently all from the same speed camera? You'd think that after the first one or two "offenses", she'd learn where the damn camera was, and either slow down right there, or do something about the damn camera.

I'm wondering why the area is posted 20 mph? I haven't seen any 20 mph zones in the U.S. though they may exist. I have seen a couple "mobile" 30 Kph zones in Germany which appeared to be revenue scams. I've also seen 50 Kph zones in Germany (the norm IME), in small towns that magically became 30 Kpm zones with speed cameras in recent yeasrs... I wonder why that happened????? /s
They do. The street my place in Florida is on got posted 20 MPH after they paved it a couple of years ago. Previously, when it was unpaved, it was posted 25 MPH.
Those have gotten fairly common in German cities.
