I am repairing this car for my neighbor, we trade back and forth and she is going to watch my house, feed my animals while I am on vacation in Colorado.
Most of the lights on the dash are on. ABS, Brake, Tire pressure, traction control. The EPC and steering wheel lights where on when I first got the car this morning. I did an Autoscan that is posted below. Then I cleared all codes and drove the car. Drives good EXCEPT when heavy acceleration takes places the fuel gauge drops to E and the car loses power. I suspect this is a different problem than the lights on the dash issue. After is drove the car and did another autoscan, the steering wheel and epc lights are out. My car (a 2006 Jetta TDI) always has those two lights when the battery is disconnected and they clear almost the minute the car gets rolling.
Anyway I will post the autoscan from before I cleared the codes. I also have another autoscan that I took about 4 months ago when I first looked at the car. Similar codes. I can post it too if it would help.
