My French is rusty, but it seems to be a video by a truck driver who's upset the road has been modified to discourage truck traffic and it's one of the only routes to a certain area to which he travels. He may also be upset because the government messed with a historic Roman road.

I watched a Leno's Garage video of this guy's car, here's an explanation or the 10.25:1 compression, 6psi boosted, water/meth injected, all aluminum V8 in the 1962 Oldsmobile Jetfire:

Pretty crazy technology for the time and I can see why customers at the time would have just gotten a bigger n/a engine with more power for less, just check a different box on the build sheet.
