That Foxwell tester looks pretty good, highly accurate based on his methodology.

Here is a unique situation:
I'm not at all convinced that problem was due to parts being out of dimensional spec vs. something inside the engine being not quite as it should be.

I've got the motopower one.... it's good enough for what it takes to use and as a quick check before you dig into stuff more in-depth

As much as I'd like to stay with Windows 10, I don't feel that's reasonable once MS stops updating it; just like it wasn't realistic to stay with Windows 7 4-1/2 years ago. That was an excuse to buy new computers because the ones I was using were getting pretty long in the tooth. This time it isn't; my 4-1/2 year old computers are fine. Although I don't really need to, I might upgrade the SSDs and RAM in them, which would give me an excuse to open them up and blow out the dust. :cool:
