Be very cautious with a test light probe; ie don't use one on female pins/ connections!

WOW, that's a VW ! (note the back of the car,..... can you say 911 Porsche!)

I remember viewing a few of those SP2 around in the seventies, but the car never got much popular, even for the strange Brazilian market. It seems that the factory specs of about 75 HP with the 1.7 l air cooled engine were considered a little unimpressive by the consumers.

Cautionary news we can use:
I've had this happen with a single staining pad that I had been using with a product called Ipe Oil. I had left the pad on top of the can, outside, overnight. The next morning the pad was 3/4 burnt up. It wasn't near anything else combustible, so no real harm done, but I did take the warning on the can's label much more seriously after that.

And you once wondered why I drape oil soaked rags so they are fully exposed to air... an old trick my pop taught me. If you keep them spread they are not likely to heat and combust.

Even if you send them to the dump, they can combust and start a fire in the dumps containers. Not sure what the best means of disposal might be. Wash with a hose first? Seems his dosing with water was the solution.

Our insurance policy stipulates that no oil covered cloths should be left out even overnight and during the day must be disposed of into a fireproof container with lid.

@Bobansg -- A three hour long video in a language that hardly anyone here can understand?
