Yup... Lots of discussions and opinions about who's to blame, but it appears M2 driver might be on the hook for covering both vehicles and related track repairs... Very spendy day.

This makes me think of the oil thread, "but the oils and fuels now are so much better than twenty years ago, I'm sure it's no problem to follow the manufacturer's recommendations including variable service intervals, besides I haven't heard of any issues recently and my engine is fine blah blah blah"
