What is the reason for no sa pop up balloon?

Hi guys, im trying to find out why some cars dont show the sa pin and some do.
What is the main reason for this..

Could you give an example of specific module? Maybe just not existence of label file or redir fail as not translated yet.

Yep, the reasons can vary. There are plenty of modules that simply don't require a Security Access for any known diagnostic function. In addition, there are also cases where we have a label file but no SA is known/documented.
