I've had a good, but unsuccessful, search here but no joy as I guess the vBulletin searches cannot dive into CODE tags.

Does anyone have code scans from a C7 vehicle (circa 2013) with any flavour of folding mirrors working ?

I am trying to ascertain if the door controllers I have can simply be coded for this after I have fitted the correct mirror units. There are no PR codes on the parts system that I can make reference to for the door controller - it seems like this is a generic item used across various A6/A7 in the C7 family but VCDS offers no clues on the coding bytes for this one.

Maybe there is a documented C7 door controller with similar enough coding that will shine some light.

It can, and so can Google or whatever your favorite search engine is.

This car's mirrors definitely fold.

Thanks Uwe - seems like my wagon has later controller variant (its an MY13 machine) than yours but hopefully all the same functionality in the box.
Those codes will be a very helpful start point - even if your wagon drives on the wrong side of the road ;-)

Ours is not a wagon, it's a sedan, and it drives on the right side of the road.

Right is right, left is wrong. :p
