How to get verified to be able to post?

When I registered for the forum I didnt have my serial interface handy and thought I would be able to add it later.

Giving us a serial number can make it easier to find you on our records, but if we can figure out who you are without a serial number, we'll make you "Verified" user anyway. That should have happened in your case, Apprentice, but it looks like I fat-fingered your registration during the big flurry a few hours ago. Sorry -- I've fixed that now.

If anyone else thinks they should be a "Verified" user but aren't, they can post in this thread, or PM me or Santos.

Yes, there is a limitation. You can reply to an existing thread in the How To's and Tips section, but in order to reduce excessive clutter there, users (even "Verified VCDS Users") cannot start a new thread in that section.

If you wish to start a thread that you think should be in How To's and Tips, start it somewhere else and ask me to move it there.
