No Haldex function

Okay, all fixed. How it all got mixed up and not working I don't know, it was like this when I bought it.
The fix was (using VCDS of course)
Start the engine.
1. Open Controller 22 - AWD
2. Open Basic Settings - 04
3. In Basic Settings use the drop down selection box to select "MAS02928 - Pump Motor"
4. Hit "Go" and let it run. Took a minute or so, during which time I could hear the Haldex pump cycling up and down and relearning its function.
After a while the Pump Basic Setting function "Finished Correctly", and everything started to work properly.

1. I changed haldex oil and blowed smudge out with pressure air.
2. I demounted haldex pump and washed the filter on it. And more smudge was plowed out with air.
3. Oil in and I carried out pump motor procedure in AWD module basic settings.
4. Message from procedure was "Finished-timeout" and after that "Not running"
So should I change oil and clean the system again after small drive, disassemble the pump and clean it or replace the pump?
On AWD module's basic settings there is also command: resetting of all adaptation values. What this does? Would it be necessary to carry out in this case?

@Valpaoy I'm having an identical issue with my Mk7 Golf R where I get the "Finished - timeout" message. Did you find a solution for this or any additional info? I would be very interested in any insights etc. I've only found two issues like this and neither had resolutions posted.

I have 2015 VW Tiguan with 80K on it and Matt at Haldexrepairs said any pump that has done more than 45K miles needs swapping out (commutator wears out). My haldex GEN5 pump showed no errors, lots of front wheel spin and no rear drive.
Swapped out the pump and new oil, learn function run and now have 4WD enabled.
