That fault gets mentioned a lot on briskoda.net and is caused by the switches in selector lever being faulty or intermittent. Most owners have had the whole selector replaced under warranty but as yours is a 2014 model you would need to press the dealer and/or Skoda UK for as much goodwill contribution as you can get.
Transmission fault is "Intermittent - Not Confirmed" and TCU has decided not to inform the Gateway: "02-Auto Trans -- Status: OK 0000".
I doubt this is the source of your start/stop problem.
When you changed the battery, did you change any of the relevant channels in the Gateway? Because if you did not, the Gateway does not know you changed the battery.

What exactly were the original BEM values, and what did you change them to? You may have confused the battery management system...
Thanks Uwe, yeah I have read thr a few posts "intermittent/ not confirmed so haven't been that concerned as you've stated, but would be nice to get it cleared sometime. It's thrown up them codes for well over 18 months with stop start working fine. It does show up in gateway once a month but after clearing it goes back to Address 02: ok

Video, on coding in batteries and found that only 68ah and fleece was inputed.
No serial number was present.

If it shows up in the Gateway after a while, I would get it fixed, per Dave's post #6.
Apologies for misunderstanding. Have you had this car since new? Is the battery the original one?

Just to make it clear, car has been going fine no stop start issues for 2 years, until Saturday when it threw up error on dash stating
Start stop error. No lights on dash or radio and when I look in the radio under information sometimes it says error start stop and other times it not there and changes to driver seat belt not fastened, still under the heading off start/stop, I will try and show pictures later. I looked at the battery and its seem to be the factory fitted with BEM number, but when checked if coded using vcds it only showed up 68ah and fleece, (what ever fleece means ? ) pics to follow. Also no manufacture and serial number were inputted, which I haven't added yet

"Fleece" is the German term for a type of AGM battery.
If this is a 2014 car with Start/Stop and the battery is original, the battery doesn't owe you anything.
Can you post the relevant channels from the Gateway please?

Uwe,its just sum- how (started working again). ive been working it all weekend 250 miles. and its not been working and showing error.
Last ten mins it said.
In status on radio its being saying allsorts.
(start -stop system status) = system protection intervertion.
Button/lever activated too often.
It started working when i select P (park) it cuts out as it should.
but when i select R (reverse) it tries to start but doesnt catch and doesnt start then it tries again 2 secs later and starts and runs.
Also can be stopped and started by pressing @off button next to gear stick and it catches first time.
I will have to get the gear selector to starter looked at, thinking its a lose wire
