I think the maximum is 60. More than that and the ECU will not allow any regeneration.

Hi, I have Golf 5 2008 BLS and my data is 84 grams, and when I try start reg., with vcds regeneration start. So, I see this calculated depending how much you have km.
I have 337tkm and never remove dpf for clean or change. And today I find in vcds you can program carbon mass on 0 or 5 10 how much you won't. But nothing is better. I say with 84g., car every 160km town drive start automatically and then I shift in 3 gear and 2200rpm. This is DSG so normally in town on 50kmh I am in 5 gear. When regeneration start DSG shift in 3 gear and rpm going on 2200. Then I shift in tiptronic and drive cca 10min. But I have little obd and torque app and just monitoring throttle pos. If it's near 20% regeneration it's ON when going on 98% regeneration it's finished.
And never have any dpf boards light on. So drive and just do regeneration when start automatically. Don't turn car off just go driving 10min more. Thanks.
