Upgrading VIN Limit

Hi

I've just paid to upgrade from my 3VIN limit to 10VIN limit.

When I check the About section of VCDS it still says I've used 2/3. How long does it take for the upgrade to go through?
Is there anything I need to do for my software to recognise that I've upgraded?

I have a receipt with my serial number but will I receive a separate email with a feature code?
And where is the VCI Config menu?

Yes, I'm afraid processing that is a "during business hours only" kind of thing.

I bouht an upgrade for my ross-tech and when i put it in config and then it says it failed, got tje code from a ross-tech shop dealer today. What can i do to make it work. Thank you for all the Great threads

I bought an upgradecode from or trough a company called flex1one.no in from city of sarpsborg county viken norway and got the code but when i put it in config and check it says it fails.

What happens when you go into network test on the VCI config?

Upgrade Code H10-002215 i recived today, my 10 vin is full 3 days ago and thats why i bought the upgrade to enklest vin

Best: 143ms
Average: 421ms
Worst: 711ms

Test results: pass

>700ms is pretty bad latency in the worst case. What is your internet like, is it 4G wireless? Do you have different internet you could try? Also try the feature code a couple times, you might be having packet loss that's causing your issue.

in my house and it will not accept the code, all my previous vin is used, 10/10 and in config when check it says failed
