Sticky HEX-NET or HEX-V2 Firmware Update Failed?

Good morning, Ross-Tech team (Shaun, Uwe...) do you have any further steps that I can take? I really need to pull some codes from my wife's car and still can't get firmware onto my Hex V2.

FYI, Andy from support switched me to Beta update channel - that and one more reboot fixed it!!

I too got help from the Ross Tech team, switched to Beta update channel in the Advanced tab of VCIConfig and my update issues were resolved.

If you think that causes a problem, why not just press the button on the HEX-NET and put it in AP mode? It cannot possibly have an internet connection of its own when it is in AP mode.

Personally, I've never had to do anything like that and I've been updating some of my HEX-NETs for 11 years now.

I try to help to a good friend. He asked me becouse my english is bad too, but his is much worse....
We have Hex-Net V1 fw update problem, socket time out 2 when trying over usb. VCDS mobile self test show Port 11013 failure, VCDS mobile Update show Internet connection error, Diag cloud-server ok. Idea how to update?

Try a different internet connection that doesn't block the port? For example try using your phone as a hot-spot.

Also, if VCDS-Mobile is not important for you, check the box next to 'Skip VCDS-Mobile Update'.

Its not internet problem, tryed with 2 different phone shared 5G with laptop, from different provider, also different local network, at home, at work.
Anyway i own a Hex-Net v2 blue, updated fine to 26.3 on same laptop, same network.
I think something damaged on SdCard.
Can someone share with me the \fs map content from SdCard ?
