Hi all,

We have a Hex-Net and it has been used between 4 different work laptops. All was well and working on NET without issue.

All of a sudden it won't connect to our wireless network in infrastructure mode.

I can connect via AP mode and works correctly. I have tried hard reset, reset our work router, removed the WIFI settings and re-entered. Tried disabling both firewalls on router and laptops, no change.

When using the Java app, I enter the wireless network details and it seems to try and get a new IP showing status at 0.0.0.0 but then just returns to 192.168.0.1 and says it is in AP mode.

However when we go in to the WIFI configurator it comes up showing it is in infrastructure mode(greyed out). Green light is on and all appears to be right it just doesn't appear to pickup an IP address?

Have tried updating the Hex in the configurator tool also and no change.

Pretty stumped :banghead:

Edited to add:
If I connect to it in AP mode and then enter the IP address in my web browser "192.168.0.1" I simply get a 404 - non connect error, although the unit works fine with VCDS in AP mode.....

What does the 404 page say, exactly? Can you screenshot it?

Hi Barry,

We suspect the SD card failed. I'll get an order placed for the replacement and e-mail you at the address we have on file with the order details.

Best,
Dana
