I had a 2009 Jetta with a 6-speed manual and 2.0T engine. I could momentarily turn the key to start, let go, and the car would start itself. I've tried this on other 2009+ manual transmission Golf/Jetta and all of them required holding the key to the start position. I'd like to program my 2008 R32 with the one-touch start like my Jetta had, but for the life of me, I can't find anything that looks like it will enable it. Anyone else in the US have the feature? Anyone know how to enable it?
