Just finished off this retrofit today of the Active Info Display in my 2016 Passat B8/3G

The car started with these clocks (which were nice but could be better!);

I got the new clocks for a really good price which couldn't be turned down!

I'm just awaiting the trim surround which is on backorder from VW.

Really happy and impressed in the way these transform the dash and interior of the vehicle!

My original clocks were:
Code:
3G0 920 951 A
My new clocks are;
Code:
3G0 920 791 A
Nothing else changed, all coding was done by VW over ODIS including component protection and immobilizer.

@drennie599

Don't be so sure about ODIS !!!

I made this retrofit on my Passat B8 2.0 BiTDI 2015, here in Romania and ODIS made 40% of coding .
The difference of 60% of coding was made with VCDS by me personally !!!

In my case ODIS made IMMO & COMPONENT PROTECTION and VCDS made that FUEL INDICATOR to show CORRECT QUANTITY of fuel and DISPLAY THE MAP on AID from ADAPTATION in DISCOVER PRO .

Probably at you in Northern Ireland the VW ENGINEER are better trained and the price is cheap, but here in Romania VW ENGINEER and their bosses are very skeptical of such modifications and prices is high just for a ONLINE coding .

Can you provide a copy of your coding. I have mine installed but can't get the maps to display on the AID
