Thank you EuroX, I cleaned the grounds under the airbox earlier today, and it drove with no issues after that action. I'll inspect the connectors tomorrow and run a new scan and post the results here.

Thank you very much EUROx. Electrical issues have always been my weakness in automotive repair. Any suggestions on how best to determine the cause? FYI, the car is just shy of 410K miles, and it's had minimal issues along the way.
