I bet it will turn out to be a valve body replacement. Have you ever see the TCM go bad? I am going to try that first. Do you have any idea where it is installed on the car?

Turned out to be a burnt valve. You were correct kind Sir! It was a burnt valve. I didn't have the $$$ to replace the piston/connecting rod...but I got it back on the road running great! Thanks to all who responded.!
