I wish I did. I don't believe I have all the parts installed. There is also a TSB from Audi regarding the matter. Certain models from 2023 have this feature d/c'd. This is a link to the TSB: MC-10218603-0001

I just took delivery of my new RS7. The kick to open doesn't seem to be working. I'm assuming it has it as a feature. There is a fault (that returns on clearing). Is this due to a chip shortage and should it warrant a trip to the dealer? Here is the scan of part of module 46: Rear lid...
