    Disable press clutch to start

Search push clutch to start bypass harness on the web and see if this plug & play will work on your vehicle. It bypasses the push to start but does not affect the CC function. Keep in mind you will be disabling a safety feature so it would be a good idea to remove that harness upon the sale of...

Resolved MKV GTI thinks key is still in the ignition

How about doing a scan and seeing if the electrical switch has any codes, usually it will have more than one for the switch. If replacing the switch, it can be done without removing the steering wheel etc, just remove the clamshell trim on the steering column and gain access to it.

    2009 Mk5 golf gti cluster repair (MK60EC1)

You have the typical Abs code that fits the recall VW did for the ABS system. I would contact VW CS and ask if you are part of this recall or if it ever was done, if so they are on the hook for the repairs. Read about it here https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2016/RCRIT-16V913-6017.pdf

Trying to track down AC issues

So, what is a quality replacement for the Rcv for the PXE-16 used in the Vw MK5, the dealer will sell you a new compressor with one but unless something has changed, they do not sell it separately. So, you are basically left looking towards the aftermarket which is China?

Trying to track down AC issues

They have been known to not work right out of the box and people have had to get a replacement or two before they find one that work correctly. Can get expensive if you are paying someone to do all this work over again.
