Just wanted to explain my Situation a bit more Mapper whacked Map on literally took him a few hours! He had no rolling road for Quattro so I said dont worry about Tuning after. So I shot of into Sunset with lots more OOoomph great approx 1,000 miles later and in between was getting Esp slipping...

Question is now gone so far do i put it back to origional Map/Dpf Egr Etc Etc! Guess if you want a non smoker these days gotta go Electric or Solar tehe. Still okay for Heavy Diesel Shipping though! Regards.

RGHO Think the problem was there before Mapping? After Mapping the extra strain on older parts seem to have got worse? Clutch renewed was slipping badly. Older Injectors unknow if origional or replaced with any recall? Turbo etc etc! Car was a little smokey when purchased went into limp mode...

2kaa52 Thanks. Just after being remapped my VCDS seems to be hiding issues because no codes show as if Map deliberately blocking sensors etc? Read somewhere that Pd 170 after Remap only relies on 2 sensors to run fueling etc? When I remove sensors ie Maf makes no difference to engine running oops!

Thanks RGHO. Are there any other sources I could look at! looking for specific BMN PD 170. I have vcds lead and a little knowledge.But need specific information for adaptions coding and testing! Seems to me the 1.9 tdi is a lot easier to work on and I got the most complicated Audi on Earth respect!

Can anyone Help with Erwin selection for Audi A3 2.0tdi BMN engine manuals etc! Being an Engine fitted in several Cars Ie Audi Golf Seat,s etc etc! Do I use Audi Selection specifically for BMN Engine or is there a better source Ie Bently etc. Ps 2007 Quattro. Or Does it bring up in Erwin MANUAL...

Is that using vcds bleeding? I dont seem to have that on my vcds/ecu so guess i can only do it purging with kit?

Why would it be stubborn? Vacuum bleader do you mean force it through with purge into expasion tank?Is there a way of testing main pump also? respect..

yes pump 2 is newly fitted

Surely the matrix would resolve any flow issue? Main pump too? Ie tell me if main pump not working?
