well...if your fuel is good , the timing is ok, i'd try to tow it in 3 rd gear for a bit .When you have a bit of speed, with ignition on and in the 3rd gear, lift your foot off the clutch . Have you tried to spray a bit of brake cleaner in the intake to see if it catches ?

You should not have all them errors if parking brake motors are good. I see something about the parking brake switch...no voltage to the parking brake motors...hmm..have you cleared and rescaned ?

Try a different fuel filter ...some are so fine the gas wont flow right through them , say..try a Bosch , it s fairly cheap. Also , check the evap hoses , does it smell like gas in the engine compartment ? Could be many causes , also a loose intake could create this problem. Spray some starting...
